There are a few rules concerning the posting of ads:

No Retailers or Spam
Sorry, but this is a space for private parties to buy/sell used items from fellow enthusiasts. Inappropriate posts will be deleted. Retailers or spammers posing as private posters will have their accounts deleted and IP addresses blocked.

No Auctions or "Highest Bidder" Posts
Price of sale items must be listed in your post. There will be no bidding for items in this forum. "OBO" listings are OK, but must be accompanied with a minimum price.

Everything Stays Public
You cannot request that someone call or email you for a price. All dealings must be public and kept on the forum. (You may, of course, work out payment options and contact information privately)

Serious Posts Only
Don't post something for sale if you don't really want to sell it. This is unfair to possibly interested parties and encourages bidding.

No Redirects
No links to classifieds or auctions elsewhere

Liability
Forum administrators accept no liability related to the buying/selling of items on this forum. Forum administrators shall not and will not assist members in the posting of items wanted or for sale, or participate in the transaction in any way. The posting of items on this forum is at the user's own risk.

Forum administrators are in no way involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers on the “Classifieds: Sell and Buy Stuff” forum. This forum is only meant as a means for users to sell, trade, and buy goods, and the Forum administrators accept no responsibility for the legality, safety, accuracy, or legitimacy of the items listed in the “Classifieds: Sell and Buy Stuff” forum. Since we cannot guarantee that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction, both parties accept full responsibility for any transactions transpiring through the HandyMansMan DIY forums.
