Just tried to install a counter top stove for my father in law.

His old stove had 4 wires(white,black,green,red) going to the junction box In the junction box there is 110 volts going to 4 ,20 amp single switch breakers. the stove i went to install only has 3 wires(red,black and bare).

Both stoves are 220/240 volt.

How do i make the new one work. how do i wire it or convert the power. please help...he has nothing to cook on.
